Lt. Clutch stops in for another Field Report. Check out his take on the classic Amphibious Personnel Carrier, or APC if you’re syllabically challenged.
It's a new Field Report! This time, the knowledgeable Lt. Clutch takes a look at 1989's Raider! Also be sure to check out his blog, Clutch Play. Big thanks to Lt. Clutch for his frequent and insightful comments on Joe A Day.
By YT Lt Falcon was always a favorite of mine as a kid, even after his rather annoying appearance in the GI Joe animated movie. I guess I gravitated towards the more realistic aspects even back then. I also had a beret obsession, but that is a whole other story. …
The STAR Force series flew under my radar during its time in store shelves. I was looking for new Star Wars toys and wasn't paying much attention to Lanard's venture into space toys. It's too bad, as the series produced a few real gems for collectors of unusual small Joe…
I used to cram everybody in their seats and stand the rest along the aisle, just like in the back of the box. I think Clutch and Hawk up in front were the only guys with sufficient elbow room. Rock & Roll would usually be standing behind them, facing front in order to “man” the turret as he did in the comic.

The APC is one of the next Joe vehicles I want to get my hands on–a vehicle that doubles as a carrying case, it’s perfect!
Great vehicle! The first big terrain vehicle!
Nice vehicle but I prefer the Action Force version with the Z-Force colours and different interior.
The figures really dont fit side by side to well-it seems they fit better if they’re sitting ever other seat.
