GI Joe in 1987 Sears Canada Wishbook
This page has not only some ’86 and ’87 Joe favorites like the Tomahawk and Mobile Command Center, but it’s also got a sampling of non-Joe product. This one shows a couple of vehicles from the Gung Ho branded line. The amazing thing about these two molds is the fact that they continued to be produced into the 2000s. Also on this page is Lanard’s little remembered Dragon Force (not to be confused with Dragon Sound), a martial arts themed series that borrows a clothed figure style from the Karate Kid line. In the “holy crap, they couldn’t sell that today” category, we’ve got a lovely role-play AK-47 also from Dragon Force. And no orange tip! Amazing what we were able to buy back in the day.
Fridge is in charge of the MCC! LOL! He doesn’t have a problem with Thrasher freeing Zandar.
THose look like prototypes of Steam Roller and WORMS.
I always thought that Gung Ho boat looked cool.
Looks like the slam is about to shoot down the hover craft
