You had me going with the “Crawling Eye” thing! The red ballcap guy is “Lowball”, who likes parachute pants and doesn’t try very hard. Right now, Hawk is thinking, “dang! I got Lowballed on this one!” Lowball’s gun only shoots yellow plastic bbs, so Flash is double-packing to make up for the slack.
