I hope to get my hands on one of the original Steel Brigade figures. I have an old Heathcliff comic from ’88 that had the Steel Brigade form on the back.
Those old Star comics were cool. I remember the flyer and personalized bio which you filled out. Don’t know why I never sent out for one but Hasbro scored another hit with this figure. Anybody could be a Joe! That was an awesome selling point.

It always rankled a bit that us non-US fans couldn’t benefit from these mail-in offers but years later, the rise of the world wide web opened up all sorts of possibilities and now I have my own original Steel Brigade figure.
